  • Of course it has to be racial discrimination to explain the poor economic and education status of the generations that followed. What else could it be? Why can't the Mexicans point the finger at their culture and realize most Mexican families do not put a premium on education (high school and college) plain and simple. Obviously I'm generalizing here as many Mexican families have improved their economic status through higher education.
